Designing your own customized headpiece or accessory:
Once you contact me, I will ask you to send me images of the elements of your look you have already defined. A key point will be to look for reference photos of hairstyles and the type of headpieces/accessories you are interested in.
All these elements will help us create your dream accessory. We will do this via direct message on Instagram or Whatsapp, according to your preference. Alternatively, we can schedule a virtual appointment for €15, if you decide to proceed with the purchase, the cost will be deducted from the price of the accessory.
To me, it's all about making you happy! In order to create the perfect design for you we will be in continuous communication during the creation process.
It is a good idea to have your headpiece & accesories with you while defining the look for your big day with your hairdresser. Ideally, you should contact me at least two months in advance of that moment, so we have time to work on the design and creation.

Shipping & Payment:
EU-wide shipping. In case you don't find your city on the list, please contact me.
As soon as your order is confirmed, it will be shipped:
- Ready to Wear products: Within 1 to 5 business days.
- Customized / Out of stock products: Within 15 business days after we agree on the final design. Please contact me if you need it sooner, and I will try to accommodate depending on availability.
The cost and shipping time will be displayed when you place the order. At the time of shipping, payment must have been received in full.
You can pay via bank transfer, Bizum, or PayPal.
After making the shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number. The shipping time could be longer than usual during special periods or if there is a delay in the courier service beyond our control. Please let me know if your package takes longer than expected to arrive, and I will claim it.
